Hi, I’m Joe.
I’ve always been fascinated by how things work — how each part connects to form a system, and how we often overlook the small elements that make everything function. That curiosity to understand things from their root shaped the way I approach business, strategy, and human behavior.
Over time, that mindset evolved into what I define as Consumer Science — the systematic practice of using every available tool and discipline to understand how people and organizations make choices under uncertainty, constraints, and competing incentives. It integrates knowledge from economics, psychology, and marketing, along with evidence-based interdisciplinary perspectives, to interpret the signals, incentives, and interactions that shape value creation.
For me, data is not the whole answer; it’s the starting point for connecting evidence, context, and human meaning. I’ve applied this approach across projects in healthcare, B2B, consumer goods, and energy, learning that understanding people — and the dynamics of the system around them — is the foundation of any effective strategy.
